These terms apply to your use of TinFinder at tinfinder.app (the "Site"), operated by TinFinder ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Adults 21+ only
The Site provides information about nicotine products and is intended only for adults 21 or older (or the legal age to buy nicotine products where you live, if higher). By using the Site you confirm you meet this requirement. The Site does not sell nicotine products.
2. Prices are information, not offers
- Prices shown are either reported by other users or estimated. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and stores can change prices at any time.
- Prices labelled "Estimate" are approximations, not prices at that store.
- Store locations, opening hours and product availability come from third-party sources and may be wrong.
- We don't sell anything, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell. Always confirm the price with the store before you buy.
3. Price reports you submit
- Only report prices you actually saw. Don't submit false, misleading or automated reports, or try to manipulate prices or votes.
- By submitting a report or vote, you give us a free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, display, modify and share it as part of the Site and its data.
- We may remove reports, limit submissions or block access at our discretion, for example to prevent spam or abuse.
4. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, overload or disrupt the Site or its API, attempt to access data you're not meant to, or use the Site for anything unlawful.
5. Third-party links, ads and affiliate links
The Site shows ads and links to third-party services, including maps, directions and delivery apps such as DoorDash, Uber Eats and Gopuff. Some of these are affiliate links: if you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We don't control third-party services and aren't responsible for their content, prices, products, availability or policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Trademarks
ZYN and other brand names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being compared. The Site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ZYN, Swedish Match, Philip Morris International or any store listed.
7. Health
Nothing on the Site is medical advice. WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
8. No warranty
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on prices or other information on the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $50.
10. Changes
We may update the Site or these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
